Quo Vadis… in a corn maze wilderness!

Tourists can once again visit the famous corn maze in Kurozwęki, which opens July 16 and will stay open until the end of September. It is the biggest corn maze in Poland, and this year marks its 10th anniversary.

For the past 10 years, the prospects of traversing the winding corridors of this labyrinth, feeling that special thrill of excitement, have consistently made it one of the most appealing tourist attractions in Kurozwęki.

While trying to find your way out of the 4,5 hectares of twisting pathways you can rely both on your sense of direction and intuition, and on the guidance of a special map. This year, there are many kilometers of paths to traverse in the maze.

There are multiple possible ways to reach maze's end, with the longest one about 3,7 kilometers. Each of the maze's challengers will receive a map and a special crossword with trivia questions.

Each year the maize maze is shaped in a different pattern. This year's theme is dedicated to Henryk Sienkiewicz, one of the greatest Polish novelists and a Nobel Prize laureate. To honor Sienkiewicz, the maze's pattern was made to resemble the cover of one of his most famous and celebrated works, "In Desert and Wilderness".

That's not all: there is also a special challenge awaiting participants. There are two designated "BONUS" spots hidden somewhere in the labyrinth. The challenge lies in finding those spots and then marking their locations on your map. Those who manage to find both locations will receive a special prize upon emerging from the maze.

There is also another smaller labyrinth, made in hemp, available to tourists. Both mazes will remain open until the end of September. Only one ticket is required to access both attractions.
